The past year at COCOA has been an incredible ride as we've explored new and meaningful ways to support African creators. We're beyond grateful for the amazing feedback we've received, both through the messages we get directly and the conversations sparked by our educational content. It’s been so rewarding to see this community grow and engage in such a positive way.
One of the highlights has definitely been the launch of our podcast, COLD PUREWATER, COLD MINERAL. Our first episode with Adam Tiran and Eve Bankong was a game-changer, and the response has been nothing short of inspiring. Thanks to the feedback, we’re excited to expand the show and bring in even more voices from all over the world.
We can’t wait to keep this journey going and share more stories, insights, and perspectives that celebrate the creativity and strength of African creators everywhere.
We worked on key collaborations with various communities across West Africa with a focus on Nigeria. We would like to say a special thanks to the team at Indieview for opening up their community to us. The Indieview Food and Film Festival marks our first event collaboration and for this we are eternally grateful. The learnings from the success of this partnership will form a big part how COCOA continues to pursue collaborations with local communities globally.

As we continue to expand our offering to our community in the coming year, educational content with a focus on Artificial intelligence will be our theme. We believe as a continent which will become the future workforce of the planet, Africa needs to be prepared for the inevitable integration of AI in daily work routine.
Accessibilty will be our major yardstick in pursing this goal, communicating AI and AI tools to the people who need them in the language they understand .
We will also be exploring video content for our podcast to continue to shine the light on African creators and their work.
With love,
